Intro to Yoga with Lynne Swenson ~ Sunday, June 23 1-3pm at Wellington Square
Is the idea of being in a yoga class intimidating? If you are looking for a more gradual, in-depth introduction to Yoga with similar newcomers, then our Intro to Yoga workshop may be just what you need. This two-hour, registered event is perfect for people new to the practice of yoga.

Beginner Iyengar Yoga for Plus Sizes with Dr. Jo Ann Tefler at our Wellington Square location. Registered class on Mondays from 4:30-5:45pm.
Ideal for those beginning their yoga journey and living in a plus size body. A slow moving class, to allow time for deeper understanding of the practice, proper alignment and breath awareness.
- Pre-natal Yoga with Kirsten Wallace at our Wellington Square location. Registered class on Mondays from 7:30-9:00pm. Stretch, tone and relax in a supportive setting.
